COLLEGE SKI/SNOWBOARD PACKAGES
2009-2010

Only East Coast’s only area with terrain above tree line! The ‘Loaf features plenty of gentle, cruiser terrain for learning skiers and riders. Intermediates can blast down Tote Road, Competition Hill, Narrow Gauge and Moose Alley. For those needing an adrenaline rush and a gut check they can play in the snowfields or King Pine Bowl. Sugarloaf is also has outstanding glades throughout the mountain. Through the multiple terrain parks skiers and riders can get their share of jibs, tabletops, slashers and hips to keep themselves airborne. The halfpipe is competition ready and should be torn up by freestylers.

The properties at the ‘Loaf are all ski in/ski out, which is perfect for lunch and that midday cocoa. But if you want to grab lunch in the village The Bag makes such a good burger that even Jimmy Buffett would be impressed. You can also do up a sandwich at D’Ellies, just make sure you bring your appetite. Spend apres-ski on The Beach at the bottom of the hill or head down to the Sugarloaf Brew Haus is one of the unique places to taste some fine Maine microbrews (the lobster bisque is excellent also). At night the Widowmaker is usually jumping and Shipyard BrewHaus is a great place for fine food and drink. For those who need to relax those tired muscles the Health Club is the place with 2 outdoor hot tubs, saunas and indoor pool and if you didn’t get enough adrenaline flowing on the hill, you can try out the rock-climbing wall.
